Since the weather is getting nicer and school is almost out, I told my husband I want to have a party for the end of the school year. I started looking at how I could make a photo booth, just like the one I found on Pinterest. I went to the website to see how I could do it and I wanted to do it a little different. I wasn’t sure where to put it or how to do it. I am still gathering up ideas about where to put the photo booth and some other extras I want with it. I showed my husband these ideas and he agreed that they all sounded really great.

I am going to go to the party store soon to gather up some additional things I need to get for it. I know this party will be a great time and I know my son and his friends will have a blast. Try to carry some protein-rich snacks with you. This could be a handful of nuts, or a slice of deli meat. Even a little bit of protein can make a big difference.

2. Try Some Carbs

While a low carb diet can help you lose weight, there are some people that take things too far. If you have problems with shaking, try to make sure that you are eating enough cars.

Whole wheat is your best option if you want some quick carbs. However, fruit can be a good source of carbohydrates as well.

3. Raise Your Blood Sugar

Sometimes, people get tremors because their blood sugar is low. The best way to increase your blood sugar is by eating something sugary yourself.

If You Are Shaking From Drinking Coffee It’s Time To Make Changes

If you find yourself shaking after drinking coffee, then it’s definitely time to stop, for now at least. Don’t get too bent out of shape about it, it happens. It’s all that caffeine! It can give you the jitters. If you’re like me, it’s easy to lose track of how many cups of coffee you drink each day. I wake up with one, and then I sometimes have another before I get the dog out the door for a walk. Since I work from home throughout my day, I’ll have coffee even during the nighttime.

It’s a wonder I don’t have the shakes from coffee more often than I do. It’s happened before, but usually my body tells me no before I get there. I’ll want a different type of beverage instead for a break. That’s what you’ll have to do as well, and by the way, you’ll want something without caffeine. It’s best to balance out your coffee drinking with plenty of water. After all, coffee isn’t going to hydrate you.

You can also drink decaffeinated coffee if it’s more the taste that you’re after at a certain point. Keep both on hand, and when you’ve had your share of caffeine, switch to decaf. There are also 1/2 caffeine versions of coffee for those avid coffee fans. Trust me, I know where you’re coming from. That coffee gives me the jolt of energy I need sometimes for my fingers to fly.

You do need to watch how much coffee you drink though. Start counting those cups if you need to, or make one of those switches I mentioned. You don’t have to drink 8 cups of dark roast a day to keep the doctor away. Yes, it’s funny, but it can be a serious matter, so don’t allow yourself to shake from drinking coffee again.

Try to take a quick walk around the block. By the time you get back home, your shaking should have come to a stop.

There are a number of things you can do if you’re shaking from anxiety. Don’t let this symptom drive you into a panic; do what you need to do to make the shakes stop. Before long, you should feel like yourself again.
